I used to snack, drink wine & watch tv until right before I hopped into bed!
So when I stopped doing those things, I had to really turn my lifestyle around!
I fast from 6pm and go to bed around 9.30pm-10pm. That's a lot of time on my hands that would have been consumed with eating & drinking!
Here are some options of what I might do instead:
-Bath
-Meditation (in bed after a bath is so relaxing!)
-Journaling
-Yoga or Pilates
-Go for a walk
-Meal Prep
-I actually get a lot of creative work done in these hours!
-Face mask/hair mask
-Give myself a pedicure
-Kombucha
-Read a book
-Study
Or even just go to bed early...
